  • You're correct in knowing that some of the data is sourced from Remine, however, what you may not be aware of is the filtering accomplished by our proprietary A.I.. I can provide a top level view of the process without giving too much away. Say you were to pull the property and contact data for the homeowners surrounding a particular listing. If you were to use the radius tool and collect all the info for the property owners 0.25 miles surrounding the listing, you would be left with a dataset of about 500 to 800 homeowners. At this point, most real estate agents, the ones that actually prospect for business like yourself, approach every property owner with the same message, text, email, and script resulting in an inauthentic approach. In our experience, approaching that large of a dataset takes about 4 hours from aggregation to contact. The problem with this approach is that you have not vetted the information to ensure that you are actually communicating with individuals who have the ability to move in today's market, resulting in more time on task than is necessary or effective. Our proprietary A.I. sources the dataset for you, and returns ONLY individuals who have lived in their home for a minimum of 4 years, who have a minimum of 20% equity, and who have at least an email or phone number to which you can contact them. The result of this is a reduction in time on task, your time is important and should be utilized as efficiently as possible. Instead of contacting 500 to 800 people, now you're only contacting the 100 to 150 homeowners who actually have the means to move into today's market, NOW you are spending 30 to 45 minutes prospecting around a property, rather than 4 hours with the inefficient method. Additionally, our proprietary A.I. ALSO produces a custom message to be used in text, email, and phone script that is specific not only to the property you are prospecting around, but also the person you are communicating with. Embedded within the custom message is reference to the prospected property, the homeowners address, their current financial position and your value proposition. All resulting in incredible time savings with an authentic, custom approach for every single contact in your data set. We have not even begun to talk about the inaccuracy of Remine's Sell Score or Equity Data, but we'll leave that for another conversation :).

  • Correct. We do not use the A.I. for the data, however, so we are not reliant on the A.I.'s ability to access information on its own accord. In our process we supply the A.I. with live data and utilize A.I.'s processing speed and accuracy to accomplish what is a nearly unattainable task for a single person or small team.

We monitor your selected market for new, under contract, and sold listings occurring outside of our brokerage to then provide you with the contact information for prospects who meet the desired criteria and fall within .25 miles of the subject transaction.

Agents who select the $30/month option will receive a CSV file containing all of the key data points relative to the property owner’s contact information, property characteristics, transaction details, along with a custom message specific to the property owner's financial position and entices them to request an updated property value report.

Agents who select the $150 per month option, will receive automated outreach via text and email to a minimum of 1500 people per month or a maximum of 3000 people per month, depending on the response rate. The automated outreach includes a custom message that is specific to the property owner, their property, and their financial position, enticing them to request an updated property value report.

In addition to the automated outreach, $150 per month agents will also be provided with a CSV file containing all of the key data points mentioned before, giving them the opportunity to manually prospect any remaining leads once the automation has been exhausted. This option allows for a more hands-off approach, freeing up time for agents to focus on other aspects of their business.
