We are in search of a Commercial Real Estate Acquisition Manager to lead the growth of The North Group Commercial Division through the recruitment of top commercial talent. Responsibilities
The Commercial Real Estate Acquisition Manager will work directly with The CEO, Director of Operations, and Commercial Director to identify, develop relationships, consult, and ultimately recruit exterior commercial brokers to The North Group Commercial Division. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to commercial brokers, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for The Collective. Ideally, applicants to this role are personable, professional, and harness the ability to balance relationships with multiple candidates at one time.
Dynamic position in Algonquin IL for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker. Candidates should have a consistent track record in the industry for purchasing, selling, and leasing commercial real estate. Exceptional applicants possess experience in recruiting & developing real estate salesperson talent.

Responsibilities
Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified.
Find new talent for our commercial sales team and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication.
Maintain and follow a defined recruitment process co-created through you and North Group to include lead generation, database maintenance, marketing campaigns, data aggregation, statistical analysis, and recruit consultations.
Qualifications
High school or equivalent (Required)
Recruiting in Real Estate, inside sales, or similar field: 2 years (Required)
Must have a valid Real Estate License (Required)
Commercial Sales Experience (Required)
