Compass Concierge is the hassle-free way for homeowners to sell their home faster and for a higher price with services that include floor repair, carpet cleaning, carpet replacement, staging, deep-cleaning, decluttering, cosmetic renovations, landscaping, interior painting, exterior painting, HVAC, roofing repair, moving, storage, pest control, custom closet work, fencing, electrical work, seller-side inspections, seller-side evaluations, kitchen improvements, bathroom improvements, pool services, tennis court services, water heating repair, plumbing repair, sewer lateral inspections, sewer lateral remediation, and more than 100 other home improvement services.
How it works
The Compass North Group Agent will work together with the homeowners to decide which services can increase the home’s value and set an estimated budget for the work to be completed.
The agent will then engage vendors and commission the work to be completed.
Once the transformation is complete, the home will go on the market.
The homeowner will pay for the services when one of the following happens: the home sells, the seller terminates the listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from the Concierge start date.
