Full Job Description

We are in search of a Director of Agent Development to lead the growth of The North Group Agent Development Division through the recruitment of top emerging talent. This is your opportunity to join and develop a first of its kind Agent Development Program, while we return time to your schedule, decrease your operating expenses, and increase your revenue through higher splits and recruitment incentives.

Responsibilities

The Director of Agent Development will work directly with The CEO, Director of Operations, and Commercial Director to identify, develop relationships, consult, and ultimately recruit exterior newly licensed & emerging talent real estate brokers to The North Group Agent Development Division. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to newly licensed & emerging brokers, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for The Collective. Ideally, applicants to this role are personable, professional, and harness the ability to balance relationships with multiple candidates at one time.

Responsibilities

● Find new talent for our sales team and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication.

● Maintain a defined recruitment process co-created by you & North Group to include lead generation, database campaigns, real estate sales, sales talk mastery, set appointments, establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified.

Qualifications

● High school or equivalent (Required)

● Recruiting in Real Estate, inside sales or similar field: 2 years (Required) ● Recruiting: 2 years (Required)

● Must have a valid Real Estate License (Required)

● Work authorization (Required)

● Need to be comfortable talking with new people

● Great at time management and organization

● Commission opportunity
