Responsibilities

  • 8 weekly hours of “in the field” training on site our Algonquin office

  • Apply training opportunities provided to customized business plan

  • Meet & greet any customers walking into office

  • Intake Earnest money & closing documents

  • Assist collective in facilitating & closing transactions

  • Assist collective in marketing material creation

Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

  • Valid IL Real Estate License or ability to acquire you real estate license (Required)

  • Ability to communicate effectively with current contacts and new prospects (Required)

  • Comprehension of commission based compensation upon real estate license achievement (Required)

  • Laptop or equivalent (Required)
